Privacy Policy

Account & authentication. If you sign in, we store your email address (or phone number, for phone sign-in) and a unique account ID via our authentication provider, Supabase.

Orders. When you place an order or submit a custom-print or custom-service request, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email, and any notes or specifications you provide.

Uploaded files. If you upload an STL/OBJ/3MF file or photos for a custom print or custom service, we store those files to fulfill your request. STL uploads are kept in a private storage bucket that only our team can access.

FIL rewards activity. If you use our FIL-COIN rewards program (missions, the coin farm, giveaways, collections), we record the activity needed to calculate and credit your balance — for example which ads you watched or which missions you completed.

Support messages. If you contact support or chat with us about an order, we store the message content and the order it relates to.

Preferences. We store your language preference and whether you've opted in to seeing more ads site-wide (off by default).

Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) and any third-party ad networks we use may log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, typically via cookies or similar technology.

• To process, fulfill, and let you track your orders.
• To operate the FIL-COIN rewards program (missions, ads, giveaways).
• To respond to support requests.
• To secure your account and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To show relevant content in your preferred language.
• Where you've opted in, to display advertising that helps fund the site.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. Our project runs in Supabase's Sydney region (ap-southeast-2), so the data described above is stored in Australia.
• Vercel — hosts the website itself, on servers outside Georgia.
• Resend — delivers our transactional email. Your order confirmation contains your name, delivery address, phone number and order contents, so that information passes through Resend in order to reach you.
• Advertising networks (e.g. Adsterra) — only shown to you if you opt in, or on ad-supported pages; these networks may set their own cookies and are subject to their own privacy policies.

We do not currently process card payments directly — orders are settled by bank transfer, with instructions shown at checkout. If we integrate a card payment processor in the future, this policy will be updated before that happens.

GEO3D operates from Georgia, but the services we rely on do not. Your account, orders and uploaded files are stored in Australia, and our website hosting and email delivery run on servers outside Georgia as well. Using this site therefore involves your personal data being transferred abroad.

We use cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, remember your language and ad preference, and (on ad-supported pages) to let advertising networks serve ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout from working.

We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active, and keep order records for as long as tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations require. Uploaded STL files and photos are deleted once the order they belong to is complete and its return window has passed.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask about how it's used, by emailing shop.geo3d@gmail.com. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

GEO3D is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy as the site changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
