Terms of Use

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These terms form a public offer. By placing an order on shop.geo3d.org you accept them, and a contract comes into being between you and the trader named at the foot of this page. Read them before you order — particularly section 6, which explains when custom work cannot be returned.

1. Who we are

GEO3D designs and 3D-prints products in Georgia and sells them directly through this site. The company details, registration code and contact addresses are set out at the end of this page and apply to every order.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details you give us; we are not liable for an order sent to an address you entered incorrectly.

You may browse and add items to your cart without an account, but checkout requires one so that you can track your order afterwards. Keep your password to yourself — activity under your account is treated as yours.

3. Products, prices and availability

  • Everything is made to order. We do not hold stock, so each item is printed after you buy it.
  • All prices are in Georgian Lari (₾) and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm.
  • Some items are cheaper per unit when you order more than one. Where that applies, the price for each quantity is shown in a table on the product page before you buy.
  • Colours on a screen are not exact. Printed layer lines, minor surface texture and small dimensional variation are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not defects.
  • We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order — the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
  • If an item is listed in error at a clearly wrong price, we may decline the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

4. Placing an order

Adding items to your cart is not an order. The contract forms when you complete checkout and we confirm your order by email with an order number. We may decline an order — for example if we cannot print what was asked for, if the request falls under section 7, or if we cannot deliver to the address given — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

5. Payment

Orders are paid by bank transfer to the account shown at checkout and repeated in your confirmation email. Quote your order number in the transfer reference so we can match your payment.

We begin printing once payment clears. An order that is not paid within 7 days may be cancelled. FIL-COIN may be used instead of money where you hold enough of it — see section 9.

6. Custom and personalised work

This section matters more than any other, because most of what we sell falls under it.

Under Georgian consumer law the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. That covers every custom service, and any catalogue item you have had engraved, named or made from a photo you supplied.

In practice: a name plaque reading your child's name, a bust printed from your photograph or a spare part modelled from your measurements cannot be returned because you changed your mind. They can of course be returned if they arrive faulty, damaged or not as described — that right is unaffected, and is set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

Standard catalogue items with no personalisation keep the full 14-day right of withdrawal.

Before we start a custom job we may contact you to confirm details. Once printing has begun, a custom order cannot be cancelled.

7. What you send us, and what we will not print

Some orders need you to upload a photo or a 3D model. By uploading, you confirm that you own the rights to that file or have permission to use it, and you allow us to use it for the sole purpose of producing your order. We do not sell it, publish it or use it for anything else, and we delete uploads when we no longer need them.

We will refuse, and may cancel and refund, any request for:

  • weapons, weapon components, or anything designed to cause injury;
  • items that infringe another person's copyright, trademark or design rights, including counterfeit branded goods;
  • keys, lock-picking tools or anything intended to bypass security;
  • content that is illegal in Georgia, or that depicts hatred, violence or the sexual exploitation of anyone.

If you upload something belonging to someone else, that is your responsibility, not ours.

8. Delivery

Production time and delivery are described on our Delivery Terms page, which forms part of these terms. Timescales are estimates: a printer failure or a courier delay can move them, and we will tell you if that happens.

9. FIL-COIN rewards

FIL-COIN is a loyalty programme, not money. To be explicit about what it is not: it is not currency, not a cryptocurrency or crypto-asset, not a payment instrument, not a security, and not a claim on us for cash. It has no value outside this site, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.

  • You earn FIL by completing the missions listed on the FIL page. We decide whether a mission has been completed.
  • FIL may be used towards orders on this site at the rate shown at checkout. That rate can change.
  • We may withdraw FIL that was awarded in error, obtained by abuse of the programme, or earned for an action you then reversed — for example unfollowing an account after being credited for following it.
  • We may change or end the programme at any time. If we end it we will give reasonable notice so you can spend what you hold.
  • FIL balances do not currently expire. If we introduce expiry we will tell you first.
  • Abusing the programme — multiple accounts, automated activity, faked completions — may cost you your balance and your account.

10. Reviews and content you post

Reviews must be your honest experience of something you actually bought. We may remove content that is false, abusive, off-topic, or that contains someone else's personal information. By posting, you allow us to display that content on the site.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and nothing here removes the rights Georgian consumer law gives you.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect loss — lost profit, lost time, or a missed occasion — and we cannot be responsible for a printed part being fit for a purpose we were not told about. In particular, our items are decorative or functional household goods; they are not certified for structural, medical, automotive, load-bearing or safety-critical use, and must not be relied on for those.

12. Complaints

Write to us first — most problems are quicker to fix directly. Use the email or phone number at the foot of this page, or the support page on the site, and quote your order number. We aim to reply within 3 working days.

If we cannot resolve it between us, you may take the matter to the LEPL Competition and Consumer Agency of Georgia, or to the Georgian courts. Georgian law governs these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
