Spins on bearings in the lightest breeze.

A garden wind vane with a toroidal rotor — the closed-loop shape is quieter than ordinary blades and starts turning in very little wind. Runs on low-friction bearings. Bearings are included; tell us if you want it on a stake or a flat mount.
